For 5 years the Paradigm Project has hosted a spirited annual conference, and this year we have joined forces with our friends at the Sheva Center to multiply our power and bring you a lollapalooza of a conference! That is, welcome to ECEpalooza, powered by the Paradigm Project & The Sheva Center at JCC Association!
This online festival of learning is for you! It is a celebration of the work you do, a vital place for reflection, and a breath of inspiration for the future of Jewish early childhood education. For those seeking an even more intensive learning experience, we are excited to offer 5 intensives that you can add on to the conference. One of them is even in-person!

- A two-part series with Harvard’s Junlei Li
- Live learning and materials kits by Meri Cherry
- A session with the Eric Carle Museum (offered multiple times to meet your scheduling needs)
- Signature sessions on Racial Justice and Anti-Bias Education
- Additional multisensory evening sessions including campfire and challah baking with Instagram star Nomad Bakery
- A box of swag to outfit you for the full ECEpalooza experience!
- Ongoing opportunities to get to know fellow participants and reflect together about new learnings from the sessions
- All in all, two to five hours of live sessions per week from June 21-July 22 (recordings will be available if you are unable to attend the live session)

- 2-day crash course in non-profit management ($1,025)
- The Boulder Journey School Annual Conference, with private ECEpalooza breakout sessions (sold out)
- 4-day in-person nature education retreat ($1,400)
- 4-credit undergraduate course in ECE (sold out)
